James is enthralled by movement and meditation and their power to bring about positive change at the individual and collective level. Drawing from the practices of yoga, qigong, tai chi, and meditation, James creates experiences which leave you feeling revitalised, uplifted, and vibrant.
He draws on a lifetime knowledge of ancient and contemporary movement systems, fusing this with living philosophies, poetry and nature inspired imagery. His intention is to encourage curiosity and a sense of being on an adventure in practice. He is inclusive and kind, offering many options and ways to explore so you feel empowered, represented and seen.
An uplifting and energising fusion of slow, mindful vinyasa flow and the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong (similar to Tai Chi).
