Lina has been practising yoga since 1975, gaining experience with teachers from many different traditions.
She has taught yoga to adults, children, pregnant women, seniors and students with special needs. Lina also teaches mindfulness meditation and Yoga for Healthy Backs.
Lina is a BWY Foundation Course & Gentle Years Yoga course tutor; she teaches private classes, retreats and monthly meditation days.
Not everyone can easily get down and up off the floor. However, that does not have to preclude anybody from experiencing a deeply supportive and beneficial yoga practice.
This Gentle Years Yoga workshop is a creative taster session on how to encourage people with age-related conditions, such as osteoporosis, arthritis, and joint replacement, to explore and improve their capabilities physically, emotionally, and psychologically.
