I have been in a magical love affair with yoga for as long as I can remember.
I believe that we all have so much wisdom within our bodies and that yoga can help us connect with this for a more enriching and fulfilling life.
My intention for my teaching is that this passion shines through, resonating with students and supporting them through different stages and phases of their lives. Sharing yoga’s multiple gifts with them not just during their practice but to take off their mat too.
I relish the outdoors, enjoy walking and have a deep affinity with nature.
