Sarah O'Connor

Sarah is the Founder and Director of MindFlowYoga teacher training school which offers Foundation Courses, 500-hour training, and postgraduate courses in Pranayama & Mantra, Philosophy and IST days. Her expertise comes from over 25 years of experience in the fields of yoga, energy body practices, martial arts and sound work. Sarah is influenced by Tibetan and Indian yoga lineages plus Taoist energy practices.
