I love exploring, rather than being entertained. I love scuba and travel and teaching all primarily for this reason, all opportunities for mindful presence. In my practice I want to go deeper, become, experience and love - my mat is a little magic carpet to take me to these. The most exciting things happen when you let go, and allow the body to lead, drop into the current and allow it to take you, learn to work against it and with it. My favourite place on the mat is upside down, learning to play in the current.

The session will look at some key strengthening and opening practices to lead into headstands and arm balances, all using a structured approach to learning how to progress safely with confidence in your own boundaries…and maybe even a little broadening of those boundaries to include being upside down.Read More
