I was drawn to yoga for its holistic process and the key factor to the beginning of my journey was its meaning: union of the body, mind and soul.

I then discovered with amazement how yoga can be a source of transformation and healing. Sharing yoga and making it accessible to everyone is what I love to do.

Based on the African principles of Khemet (Ancient Egypt), I have taught Energy Flow Yoga since 2010. It is a holistic practice that promotes health and wellness through generating energy to move and circulate life force in the body.

Through the elements of air, water, fire and earth, the movements increase fluidity and flexibility to perform specific poses and postures combined with deep breathing.

In this unique Energy Flow session based on the Kemetic (Ancient Egyptian) system you will be using physical movements combined with controlled deep breathing. The second part of the class is a Sophrology guided meditation with simple movements.

Sophrology means Consciousness in harmony. Created in Spain by neuro-psychiatrist Professor Alfonso Caycedo in 1960, it combines Oriental philosophies and practices (yoga, Zen and Buddhist meditation) with relaxation, hypnosis, phenomenology and psychology. 

Professor Caycedo studied them all and created a unique structured method that can be easily used in daily life. You will only need a chair and your presence to practice.

Sophrology offers tools and strategies for everyone to deal positively with life events by using their inner resources. It is practised through breathing, relaxation, meditation, concentration and simple movements to reach a state of harmony at the  body, mind and energetic level.

Sophrology has been widely practised throughout continental Europe for the past 50 years. It is often used in schools to help students feel more confident and prepare for exams, in hospitals to prepare for birth or support better sleep, in the corporate world for stress-management and preventing burn out, as well as by athletes to increase performances.
