Date: Friday 23 Apr 2021 Time: 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Because of their simplicity and accessibility for all, these practices are sometimes not rated highly enough.  Working deeply with joints, muscles and prana they are an end in themselves and though they appear to be easy they are very powerful. They are yoga’s gift to human kind and are needed now more than ever. The class time will be allocated approx.  60% Asana, 40% Pranayama and Yoga Nidra.
