Belinda has been practising yoga for 30 years and teaching for 20 years. As a BWY Foundation and Diploma Course Tutor, she has a particular interest in yoga for pregnancy, meditation and Ayurveda.
Having been involved in the BWY Training Committee for many years, she is currently the Diploma Course Training Officer.
Belinda runs classes and training locally in Gravesend and nationally throughout the UK. With a committed practice, her classes draw from those experiences to empower people to find the best practice that is right for them, individually, through a mixture of dynamic and static yoga asana.
Using a staged approached to teaching Belinda ensures that all practitioners are able to work and participate fully throughout thus enabling everyone to practice whatever their level, ability or age whether it be in asana, pranayama or meditation.
