I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2011. I love to help practitioners discover their range of abilities by making strength the foundation of the practise. I break postures down into elements and work in a staged approach, making yoga asana accessible to all.
Beyond the physical practice, I enjoy inspiring and motivating others by sharing the fact that I beat cancer! I was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel and secondary liver cancer at the young age of 29 - I was a wife and a mother to three young children. My physical yoga asana took a knock and my mental strength was tested beyond my expectations. I enjoy teaching ways to integrate the mind-body connection into all that life throws at us.
