As a seasoned BWY teacher and more recently a DCT, I have considerable experience of teaching and training students of all ages and abilities.
Opportunities and interest in yoga, as a kinesiologist and the natural ageing process, have drawn me towards working with older adults and students with specific needs who benefit from a gentler approach.
Hence, my current involvement in the BWY Gentle Years Yoga programme. I am a GYY teacher and cascade trainer and I’m proud to have contributed to our excellent BWY resources and course materials. I represent both GYY and CPD on the BWY Training Committee.
