Hatha inspired, Charlotte’s classes are inclusive and intelligently sequenced to incorporate flowing movements and longer-held postures, woven together by a deep connection to the breath.
Charlotte teaches in a calm manner with a gentle humour and people are drawn to her classes and workshops as much for the mental ease as for the physical practice.
In 2021 she qualified as a Yoga for Menopause teacher and this has been a hugely rewarding focus of hers in the last year and has deeply informed all other aspects of her teaching.
Beginning with some simple, calming meditative vinyasa flow movement to help settle the mind, this session will incorporate mentally soothing yin postures that stretch open the back line of the body and release the hips, followed by a supported restorative sequence to relax the body in passive stretches, helping to restore energy and settle the nervous system.
The session will close with a deeply grounding meditation practice and will be the perfect way to finish your first day at Sangha and set yourself up for the inspiring weekend of yoga ahead.Read More
