Surrinder Chera

Surrinder's use's creative fluid flow practices drawn from various traditions to prepare for Iyengar Yoga inspired by the renowned Mira Mehta with whom he trained for many years. This approach allows the body to experience the grace of movement between postures with the breath, alongside the subtle inner dynamics whilst holding postures still.

His pranayama teachings are inspired by over a decade of retreats with Dr SriKrishna (Yoga Biomedical Trust). This is approach offers a methodology which lays less emphasis on techniques, and more to tuning in to that which experiences  the sequential steps to profound silence.

Each workshop with offer a yoga philosophy discussion informed by his many years of working in addiction and mental health services, covering themes including prana & habits, authentic communication and experiencing joy in practice.
