Is there a difference between therapeutic yoga and yoga therapy? Watch a yoga therapy demonstration with Judy Hirsh Sampath, director of Yoga United Yoga Therapy Diploma and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Faculty, followed by Q&A.
