This workshop will explore definitions, the differences and similarities between yin, restorative and yoga nidra. Discussion and of course, direct experience through lingering practices, which are delivered with trauma sensitivity. As well as practice, there will be suggestions for delivering these practices in classes, workshops and 1-2-1 sessions. Please bring as many props as you can carry to prop your body so you are able to sustain being in a supported shape for some time, to drop into the brain states that each moment offers and gather information from the cells of your body. As we turn inward, there are so many gifts to receive.
