Working up to inversions

Inversions are some of the most fun you can have on your mat.  They have the benefits of strengthening, relaxation, and bringing mindfulness and focus to your asana practice, as well as the greatest benefit of all, learning to be a kid again and play with gravity! 

The session will look at some key strengthening and opening practices to lead into headstands and arm balances, all using a structured approach to learning how to progress safely with confidence in your own boundaries…and maybe even a little broadening of those boundaries to include being upside down.
