Love is at the centre of our lives. It is what we long for, cling to, wrestle with, avoid, reject and despair at losing. Through its philosophy, yoga addresses this relationship with love and with it makes a compelling promise: practise yoga and you will succeed in your relationship with others and with yourself. In this workshop, we will look at what love means in yoga, where it manifests and how we can work towards a healthy relationship with it. Using movement, breath, sound and visualisation, we’ll take a step towards radically wholehearted and well-balanced relationships.
