Menopause Yoga founder and author Petra Coveney gives a short talk on hot flushes from an east-west perspective and guides you through some simple techniques for cooling and calming.
The session will end with restorative poses and meditation.
Mat, bolster, belt, 1-2 blankets, 2+ yoga blocks and a yoga brick or small weighted eye bag. You might also like to bring a notepad/pen and water.
