In this workshop we will be looking at how the legs can become the foundations for a structure of sitting; where the legs, pelvis and spine can eventually form a vessel into which we pour our concentration. The better we build our structure, the fewer leaks, meaning greater ease in sitting comfortably, and in allowing mediation to occur.
Expect seated work, deep enquiry into internal sensations, and gaining better balance through the nervous system.
In short, we will be looking at how to find better physiological and neurological balance whilst sitting… whilst trying to have a little fun too.
