The class will begin with a sequence of standing shapes which offer the chance to discern the three flavours, which make up the full yogic breath, and helps free the connective tissue of each area to help naturally deepen the breath.
We will then move from standing to supine, and see how much we can allow the breath without the bodily movement, and maybe get a chance to see how this can be the prelude to Ujjayi and Maha Bhunda Ujjayi pranayama.
We will end the workshop with a short pranayama sitting practice.
Please note this is a hybrid session taught in-person and also via Zoom.
A notepad and pen would probably be useful.
