This class will be centred around seated forward bends and gentle backbends, where you’ll be encouraged to see the importance of using the hips and legs as the foundation for your spine.
The aim is for you to feel your spine engaged, enlivened; to deepen the role of your spine in the process.
Connection is key, flexibility follows, and we will be exploring the mechanics of how to open your hips too.
Simply put, it’ll be a fun, effective, seated yoga class.
