This session include the exploration of the theme of Prana & habits, linking to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita and ideas from Western psychology (20min)
This will introduce a creative fluid flow preparatory sequence to lead to a detailed review of a selection of standing postures inspired by Iyengar yoga (45 min)
Om chanting & Pranayama practice (25min) - a sitting Om chant, followed by a supine practice leading to Rechaka (subtle and sequential regulation of the exhalation).
