Scaravelli, ‘Undo the Doing’ – Breath, Grounding and Touch (ZOOM)

Vanda Scaravilli’s approach to Yoga can best be understood via her book ‘Awakening the Spine. In this workshop we experience for ourselves her emphasis on effortlessness, of leaving ambition behind and of ‘undoing the doing’; threads that are woven through Qigong and Shiatsu as well as Yoga.

Please note this is a hybrid session taught in-person and also via Zoom.
