We explore the ancient Chinese sequence of 12 movements called “The Muscle Tendon Changing Classic”. It includes standing postures with slow mindful movements and natural imagery. The sequence has been used for hundreds of years to strengthen and condition the physical and energetic body, and the mind.

You will learn:

  • The traditional set sequence of 12 forms
  • Why the sequence is said to dramatically enhance physical health
  • A slightly stronger form of qigong to improve stamina, strength and flexibility
  • How this series was used by Shaolin monks as a form of  regular conditioning
  • How this sequence could be a beneficial complement to your other movement practices
  • The exciting Shaolin legends and myths surrounding this practice
