A few years ago, I studied the twenty Kriya Yoga Techniques at Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales. I found that taking time to explore pranayama, mudra and bandha is a bit like tapping into the deep undercurrents of the ocean. These practices are deeply transformative and fortifying, when practiced with an open-minded curiosity and with grounding.
At Sangha, I’d like to offer an introductory exploration of some key elements of these practices- dipping the toes in to feel the undercurrents- in a supported way.
