Pranayama - Release and Energise

The aim of this practice will be to release any tensions in the body or the mind. We will start with some simple stretching and energising chi gong practices and with tension releasing yogic practices. We will follow this with a sitting practice of Prakritik pranayama with modifications which will lead into stillness and meditation on the energy centres along the spine.

Please bring

Mat, 2 yoga blocks or bricks, cushion or meditation stool, blanket
