The aim of this session is to continue exploring pranayama practice that leads into stillness and meditation. In this session we will start with Chanting Om in a particular way to establish inner equilibrium and receptivity. This will be followed by restorative postures that enhance different parts of the breathing system. We will then move into sitting and do a balancing pranayama practice which will lead into meditation.
