This session will be a 30-minute talk followed by a 30-45-minute dynamic Hatha practice with some standing poses held for 10-30 seconds to build bone density, muscle strength and heart health.
This is to support women’s long term health risks that include osteopenia, sarcopenia, cardio vascular disease and depression.
The session will end with restorative poses and meditation.
Mat, bolster, belt, 1-2 blankets, 2+ yoga blocks and a yoga brick or small weighted eye bag. You might also like to bring a notepad/pen and water.
