Also known as the Shakti Bandha series these repetitive practices create movement in the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, helping to clear the excess mucus from the lungs, forge a strong link to the chakras and bring strength and flexibility to the physical body. They are awesome! The class also includes Pranayama and Yoga Nidra for completeness and will be instructed for all levels from complete beginner onwards. The session will include some of the main practices from PMA 1 and 2 both as a revision for the students who may do the whole series and as a warm up to help with a deeper experience of the PMA 3 asanas. Taken as a whole they are yoga’s gift to human kind and are needed now more than ever. Some time will be allocated for questions at the end of this class.
