These deliberate meditative asanas done with complete awareness, mostly with eyes closed are so therapeutic for the joints and muscles, bringing us deep while restoring mobility and preparing us for more advanced yoga practices. The class also includes Pranayama and Yoga Nidra for completeness and will be instructed for all levels from complete beginner onwards. Because of their simplicity and accessibility for all, these practices are sometimes not rated highly enough. Working deeply with joints, muscles and prana they are an end in themselves and though they appear to be easy they are very powerful. They are yoga’s gift to human kind and are needed now more than ever. The class time will be allocated approx. 60% Asana, 40% Pranayama and Yoga Nidra.
