Observing And Helping To Heal Our Stories

Our daily life can sometimes become a retelling of stories, often about difficult experiences, conversations, that have happened to us. This is not to say that the telling of stories is not important as part of our healing process.

However, these retellings can stop us from living in the moment from connecting to our true essence, as these retellings hold the energy of trauma in our cells.

This workshop session will move the body using Tibetan energy practices, pranayama, bandha, mantra and meditation acting on stagnant energy, remove it free it back into the soup of existence.

Once these steps are taken we are left resting in stillness, silence and space, the 3 doors of inner refuge that are always available to us 24 hours a day. Our true nature.

This session is not suitable for those that are pregnant due to bandha work.
