Menopause Anxiety & Overwhelm – Talk and Practice

Menopause Yoga founder and author Petra Coveney gives a talk on the causes of menopause anxiety and overwhelm, and guides you through a short practice with simple techniques to alleviate these symptoms.

The session will end with restorative poses and meditation. 

Please bring

Mat, bolster, belt, 1-2 blankets, 2+ yoga blocks and a yoga brick or small weighted eye bag. You might also like to bring a notepad/pen and water.
