Maintenance Yoga

This session will focus on what makes up a daily practice and how yoga can become a daily toolkit for maintaining our bodies and minds through often challenging circumstances. Yoga is like ‘soul floss’; like flossing our teeth, it may not always happen but when it does we feel so much better!

This class is particularly suitable for those with stiffness, tightness, niggles and a lack of time for practice.
