Yoga philosophy lays bare our all-too-human tendency to self-sabotage and lead ourselves into trouble. It provides a framework for understanding this universal struggle, inviting us to question: if love is so important to us, why do we behave in ways that deter it? Why do we repeat actions that hurt the ones we love? Create distance when we long for closeness? And what are we hoping for as we do so? Through this workshop, we’ll use breath, movement, sound and visualisation to explore what a yoga practise can do to help us overcome the painful challenges of love.
