An energising class to wake up to the day ahead
Sometimes we need to move backwards, to enable us to progress forwards.
Wake up to Sunday with a dynamic and energising practice focusing on extending the spine.
We will work with a wide variety of backbends, moving from simple to more demanding postures, with a sprinkling of philosophy to keep the mind alert.
The session will be quite physically demanding; however modifications will be offered.
Two blocks would be useful.
