Evening Restorative Yoga for Mental Ease and Physical Grounding

Beginning with some simple, calming meditative vinyasa flow movement to help settle the mind, this session will incorporate mentally soothing yin postures that stretch open the back line of the body and release the hips, followed by a supported restorative sequence to relax the body in passive stretches, helping to restore energy and settle the nervous system.

The session will close with a deeply grounding meditation practice and will be the perfect way to finish your first day at Sangha and set yourself up for the inspiring weekend of yoga ahead.
