Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra lists several challenges that come in the way of a beginner in the path of yoga and offers ways of overcoming them.

This set of practices known as ‘Ekatattva-abhyasa’ or single-principled practice is one of the most beautiful and powerful sections of the Yogasutra laying out timeless wisdom and universal practice that could help any individual to connect to a deeper anchor within. This talk and discussion will explore select important concepts and practices from this section.
