Join me to transition from the day's excitement into the calm of the evening… winding down and preparing for restful, nourishing sleep.

We will work gently with our bodies, releasing the tensions of the day and softening into stillness.

Generating a sense of calm in body, mind and breath.

Please bring

Blanket, bolster and eye pillow or anything to cover the eyes.
