Core Strength Without Sit-Ups!

Yoga is not just about stretching, and structural strength and stability are critical to the body being able to withstand what is thrown our way by modern life as well as by the ageing process. This session will help you to develop the resilience of the whole body via the centre, and for teachers will include teaching tips to encourage students to develop their own awareness of their core through grounding, balance, alignment and breathing.
