A session looking at how the physical application of Bandha can help to support Pelvic Floor health and Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) issues.
There will be an overview on the structure of the pelvic floor with a focus on practices that may assist with SUI.
This will predominantly be a practical session applying techniques in functional movements (asana) to develop both conscious and unconscious pelvic floor control.
We will also look at the role of bandha and breathwork/pranayama.
