Exploring New Routes Into Traditional Asana

An asana class featuring rolling, flowing movements and breath as an invitation to the body towards traditional asana and your body’s full expression of that pose.  

This will be an exploratory class, so bring your curiosity and beginners’ mind.

The asanas we will be covering include:

  • Trikonasana (Triangle)
  • Ardha Matsyendrasana (Spinal Twist)
  • Virabhadrasana III (Warrior 3)
  • Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog)
  • Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand)

There will be time at the end of class to relax and recuperate from the day’s learning, ready for your journey home.

Please bring

Please bring your preferred props for an asana class – mat, blocks, cushions, eye pillows.
