Emma is a passionate advocate of Ashtanga Yoga for everyone, whatever body you are in. This class will focus on the therapeutic benefits of the primary series from seated, chair, kneeling and standing bases. Ahimsa is the guiding light of Emma’s own practice. Through respect of the tradition as a breathing practice she has a daily Ashtanga practice which helps her manage her back and knee issues as well as all the other challenges of everyday life. Emma provides many options for practice and always seeks to facilitate the practice for everyone. Breathe deeply and enjoy!
